Q: How long does it takes to receive a respond back via email? 

A: 24-48-hour turnaround time 


Q: How long does it takes for me to receive my order? 

A: Please allow 24-48-hour business hours for processing (not including shipping), depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout 2-5 business days.


Q: What if i change my mind and want to cancel my order?

A: Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order, please send an email with your name, order number. Please allow 2-5 business days for refund to post back to your account.


Q: What if the size I order doesn't fit?

A: Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on Swimsuit, please refer to our size guide for sizing information under 'SWIMport' tab.


Q: What if I'm having problems with my hair extensions?

A: Please follow the instructions for caring for your extensions listed under 

'HAIRport' tab.

Q: What if I receive my order & something is wrong with it.

A: Please contact us within 6 hours of receiving your order, be sure to include your order number, reason for your email, & also a picture of the item(s).
